NOTE: another child may be given the place, if your child’s questionnaire and payment is not received on time.

• Once Scripture Union has received your registration and deposit money, you will be provisionally accepted on the camp. The Scripture Union Camps office will provide you with a Medical/Personal Information questionnaire and a Camper Letter giving details about personal gear, assembly point and camp activities).
• To confirm your place on camp, please return the completed questionnaire, signed by both the camper and their parent/caregiver.
• If camp is less than 3 weeks away, please pay full camp fees with your registration form.
