Profile: Wayne Goodchild

I am constantly shocked at the issues that young people face in our nation
today. However I have seen first hand the impact that a safe and
supportive camp environment can have on their lives.
That is why I am excited about my role of North Island Camps Facilitator
for Scripture Union. I am responsible for the oversight, development and
running of all our teenage camps throughout the North Island. Together
we can provide young people with an experience that will not only help
them to grow as an individual but to grow in their relationship and
knowledge of God. Our mission through the use of camping is to create
life long disciples of Jesus Christ.
